As part of our mission and objectives to continue and preserve the Vajrayana traditions, the Four Corners Foundation has created various funds. For those who wish to help preserve the unbroken transmission of the Vajrayana tradition, 100% of any donation goes for that purpose and is tax deductable. If they want, donors may specify how and where they would like to see such funds used, to the extent of whether the donation is used for the continuance of the Wisdom Traditions, or for the health, education, and welfare of Tibetan people: children, nuns and others in need who support the Vajra Dharma.

Holy Caves of Padmasambhava Fund

For the activities of the religious community of Lama Wangdor Rimpoche, including the support of practitioners doing retreat in the caves and of children and nuns who have fled from Tibet, as well as the construction of a statue of Padmasambhava (Guru Rimpoche) and dharma center overlooking Tso Pema (Lotus Lake) in India

Kadak Choying Monastery Fund

This fund supports the work of Lingtrul Rinpoche of the Nyingma Lineage

Tashi Jong Charitable Trust Fund

This fund helps support the work of H.H. Khamtrul Rinpoche at the Tashi Jong Monastery of the Drukpa Kagyu Lineage

VajraDharma Chakra Fund

This fund was set up to help fund the work of Drugu Choegyal Rinpoche

Dechen Choekhor Ling Fund

This fund helps support the various altruistic works of the Khenpo Kyabje Drukpa Choegon Rinpoche, including the Dechen Choekhor Ling Monastery and Buddhist University.  It is of the Drukpa Kagyu Tradition and holds some the Nyingma Traditions as well.

Some Examples of Past Projects

The sixteenth Chagdud Tulku, a great Nyingma Lama, originally gave teachings and transmissions in the USA under the auspices of the Four Corners Foundation, after he traveled here from the East in 1979. In the early 1980s, the Four Corners Foundation encouraged his followers to set up this Master's own reliegious center, now known as the Chagdud Gompa Foundation. Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche

H.H. Tana Tulku is a great Nyingma lineage master and also head of the Yerpa order, one of the 12 main orders of the Kagyu Tradition. He originally gave teachings and empowerments under the auspices of the Four Corners Foundation in the USA. Four Corners later obtained a green card for him so he could continue his Dharma work in the USA.

The Four Corners Foundation sponsored the original publication of the Revealed Treasure, i.e. Terma cycle, of Red Vajrasattva in Tibetan. Padgyal Lingpa an incarnation of Padmasambhava's heart disciple Nub Sang-gyay Yeshe revealed this wisdom treasure cycle for the benefit of all beings in 1960 during a period of great turmoil and change. Padgyal Lingpa confirmed Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche as the custodian of these teachings, as was indicated in the prophecy of Padmasambhava.

Four Corners Foundation worked with the Venerable Khmtul Yeshe Dorje Rinpoche to sponsor retreats and manifest the One Thousand Bronze Guru Rinpoche Statues at Zilnon Kagye Ling Monastery in Dharamsala. He was a great Lineage Holder of the Nyingma Tradition. He was also known as the Ngagpa Lama, and was Tibet's and the Dali Lama's official rain maker.

Four Corners Foundation aided Choegyal Rinpoche to reconstruct and revitalize the wisdom tradion of his monastery in Tibet via a grant arranged by Joanna Macy. He is a great lineage holder of the Nyingma and Drukpa Kagyu traditions. Four Corners has hosted and presented his teachings and empowerments in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Four Corners Foundation helped to sponsor the Kala-Chakra Empowerment, where over half a million people attended at Tarshur Monastery in Amdo, Tibet. It was given by the great Yung Zin Rinpoche, who is a great Lineage Holder of the Gelug Tradition.

Helped facilitate the establishment of the Pundarika Foundation headed by Tsoknyi Rinpoche.

Helped in the establishment of Lama Tharchin's Vajrayana Foundation which is a Nyingma religous center.

Sponsored Ani Tenzin Palmo's teachings in the U.S. and helped in the establishment of the Dongyu Gyatsal Ling Nunnery for Nuns of Drukpa Kagyu Lineage.

Helped sponsor a Black Hat ceremony given by H.H.the 16th Karmapa which H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche also attended.

The Tibetan Video Project Fund sponsored the making of a short film about the Tashi Jong community and the Drukpa Togdens, yogis, that the 16th Karmapa called the Jewels of the Crown. The film was directed and produced by Barbara Green.

Helped fund the Jian Zhaa Hospital in Tibet.
